Plooral is an Eduployment platform (education for employability) that is divided into our Plooral Hire enviornment (ATS) and Plooral LX enviornment (learning experience). Today if you’re a Plooral Hire client, you can use Plooral LX for 20 employees free of cost. When the two environments are used together, you receive the full Eduployment platform experience.

Welcome to your workspace!
Workspace is an environment dedicated to your company, so that you can make your educational conten available in private mode - only visibile to your employees or participating members. All of our Plooral Hire clients have access to their own workspace.
This is the admin workspace view. Admins have access to a full menu: content management, members, recruiting module - access to Plooral Hire, settings and customizations.
Below, is the employee workspace view. The difference is that employees and members linked to the workspace do not have access to the admin menu.
Adding members to your workspace!
Adding members is simple! On the side menu click on members and then "invite members". Add your guest's email address and define their profile.
We have 3 types of profiles that a member can have:
- Administrator: Can have access to everything
- Content Creator: Can publish content on behalf of the company either publicly or privately
- Member: Only consumes content added to the workspace.
We provide you to 20 members seats free of charge, if your company needs a plan with a greater number of users check our plans out or or create your account.
Managing sent invitations
Manage sent invitations in your "invitations" tab. Keep track of who accepted your invitation and resend new resend new invites every 24 hours. To resend an invitation simply click on the email letter icon next to the invited member's name.
After sending an invitation, the invited member will receive an email to accept the workspace invite link.
As they first access, users will be directed to Plooral’s sign up page.
After signing up, users can accept the invitation to join and that's it!
Users will automatically have access to their personal workspace to manage their learning content and will also access to the company’s workspace.
Discover Page: Find your learning content
In the Discover menu you can find: educational content (content added to the platform by users and companies in public mode) learning lists (which is an organized way of grouping content), people (Plooral’s community) and spaces (all other Plooral customers with company profiles registered on the platform)
In this space, your employees will be able to find more than 500+ curated educational resources to add to their workspace!
Adding your first learning content!
Adding a learning content into your workspace is very simple and fast! There are two main ways to do this: you can either click the "+" icon in the upper right corner of your screen or on the "add content" button within your workspace.
First copy paste your content link. Plooral accepts links only.
Then add some additional information about the content, such as cover image, title, duration, associated skills etc.
Then select if you’d like to publish the content into your personal workspace or in your company’s workspace. Remember only Admins will be able to add content into their company workspace.
You may also be able to add content into a learning list and choose whether it should be public (for everyone to Plooral’s community to see) or private (restricted to workspace members only).
We do not limit the amount of learning content that you can add.
Creating learning lists
Use learning lists to organize your educational content. are content groupers. Create a new list by clicking the "+" icon on the upper right corner of your screen or the "create list" icon within your workspace.
Add an image, title, description and also define where this list will be published.
