Delete account as a candidate

If you are no longer using it or want to delete your account for any reason, follow this step-by-step guide to delete your Plooral account.

IMPORTANT:

Deleting your account will invalidate all possible applications you have made.

If, in the future, you wish to apply again for a vacancy through Plooral, you will have to complete the registration process again.

Information will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. So make sure you really want to delete your account before proceeding.

1. Computer

• Log in to your Plooral account and access your profile;
• Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen under "My Account" to access settings;
• Click on "Settings"
• Scroll down until you find the "Delete Account" option and confirm the deletion.

2. Application

• Open the Plooral app on your cell phone and log in to your account;

• On the home screen, tap your profile icon located in the bottom right corner of the screen;

• On your profile page, tap the "Edit Profile" icon in the top right corner of the screen;

• Click on the "Delete Account" option;

• Read the information on the screen and follow the instructions to confirm deleting your account. You will need to enter your password to confirm the deletion;

• Once you confirm the deletion, your account will be deactivated immediately and all your data will be permanently deleted from Plooral.
