Candidate video

The video recording step may or may not be required for the candidate, it’s up to you to define.

To do this, just check  the required video option, as shown in the screenshot below.

Important:  By system default this box will always be unchecked. The video recording will be optional for all positions.

Using filters for video recording criteria: 

If you choose to publish a position where the video recording is not required, you can receive applications with and without video. If necessary, you can apply a filter to select applicants that have chosen or not to record a video.

The first step is to go to your position LIST view and click on the Magnifying Glass icon on the right bottom of your screen:

A criteria list will open to begin a new search. Select the criteria "Video recording":

Then choose whether you want to filter the candidates who recorded the video or not: 

After applying this filter, the list of candidates will appear according to the criteria you selected.
