Creating a position is not always a simple process. Often, other team members will need to contribute to the description and/or review it prior to posting.
On the Plooral platform, this teamwork is possible, and we'll show you how to do it here!
The first step is to open the job draft and go to the "Team" block:
The team members will appear, with next to each the "@" symbol. When you click on the at sign (@), a link to the job draft will be shared with the user via email, so that they can access the position and review or edit it.
IMPORTANT 1: It is only possible to share the draft of a position with members who have Administrator and Manager profiles. For users with an Appraiser profile, the option will not be enabled.
IMPORTANT 2: Users with a Manager profile will be able to review and edit the position but will not have permission to publish.
