Hello, Recruiter! Today we are going to talk about the candidate profile within the application.
We've made some changes to the "candidate resume" viewing mode that we’d like to introduce to you here.
The button that has gained prominence in this release is the "EXPORT RESUME" button, in the righthand corner of the screen.
"APPLICATION" FIELD
Another layout change concerns the old "Questionnaire" and "Video" tabs. They have now been grouped together within a single tab called "APPLICATION". Fewer clicks, less stress!
Tip: If you didn’t include the video or questionnaire steps in the application process, the "APPLICATION" field will not appear.
The "More Applications" button
Now, if you look under "More applications" in a candidate's profile, you can see which other positions the candidate has applied for in your company and whether the positions are open or closed.
Black dot = space is OPEN
Leaked ball = space is CLOSED
And there's more! Next to the position, there will be a gray or light green bar.
Gray bar = candidate has already been discarded for that position
Light green bar = candidate has been hired!
Repeat after me: fewer clicks, less stress! And don't forget to mark your candidates as "hired" or "dropped" to give this new feature the attention it deserves!
MESSAGES TAB WITHIN THE APPLICATION
Send Attachments
A long-anticipated feature has arrived! Now you can send and receive files from candidates directly in your messages tab.
What can I use it for?
Send onboarding files, hiring documents, or get documents and other information back from your candidates! And there's more: you can download the attachments or save them to your "internal notes" to have them at hand anytime!
Add Files to Internal Notes
This functionality is new too! Now, in addition to writing notes within built-in annotations, you can add documents!
What sort of documents, you ask? Add documents such as test or course completion certificates, copies of work papers or other documents, candidacy-related behavioral test results, and more!
Get your team's attention
Now, within your internal annotations, you can get the attention of a member of your team simply by typing an @ and their username.
As soon as you type @ and the user's first letter, you will see a list where you can choose the correct user and then just write a message to them. The user will receive your message and a notification via email.
Now you can collaborate even more closely with your co-workers, all through the platform!
If you have questions or feedback about this feature, please open a ticket to our team! 💙
