A company's candidate base will reflect the quality of its selection process. A well-structured and well-publicized selection process will result in a broad candidate base with qualified candidates.
To access your candidate base, click on the "Candidates" icon:
Candidates who have simply left their resume in the talent bank are available by clicking on "Interested". There you will find all the applicants who did not find their desired position on your "Positions Page" but left their resume in case of future opportunities.
Under "All candidates" you will find the candidates who have participated in an existing selection process, as well as candidates who opted to leave their resumes in your talent bank.
On your Candidates page, you can send individual or bulk messages. Just select the desired candidate and click on the message icon.
On this page, you can also submit a campaign for an open position. Just select it in the "Position" field and then in the body of the message. Then click on "Job Link" to insert the link so that the candidate can apply:
You can also add your candidates to an existing collection or start a new one.
Collections help you to divide your candidates into categories that facilitate the management of your talent pool.
The below screen will open:
On your "Candidate page", you will find your existing collections and have the opportunity to create a new campaign. Collections allow you to take strategic mass actions in your recruitment process.
When you click on a candidate, you can access their resume and the position he or she has applied for. If you click on the position, you are taken directly to the candidate's selection process.
