Hi, Recruiter! Good to have you here! Do you want to better understand the Remote Interview phase?
The remote interview is a crucial step for hiring, as it allows you to capture characteristics that are not possible to convey in a resume. With remote interviews, both recruiters and candidates save a lot of time compared to a face-to-face interview, allowing you to interview more candidates and thus choose the best one for your company!
To schedule a remote interview go to the "Candidate Page" → click on the desired candidate → and click on "Schedule Remote Interview":
Now just choose the date, time, duration of the interview, and the invited reviewers!
After scheduling the remote interview, you can view the interview on the "candidate page" and schedule in your dashboard.
On the "candidate page":
When you schedule the remote interview, we'll forward you and your candidate an email message like this:
After the candidate accepts and confirms the interview, he will receive a second email like the one below:
Just click on "Go to Remote Interview" and your candidate will be directed to the virtual interview room. In the virtual room, you can record the interview, put it in full-screen mode and share your screen. In other words, all the features for a virtual interview!
Important: watch out for your candidate to allow browser access to their webcam and microphone to participate in the interview!
To access the remote interview, the recruiter will have two options:
1 - Accessing through the candidate's resume (after the candidate accepts the interview invitation):
