Hi, Recruiter! It’s great to have you here! Do you need to communicate with your candidates? This post will explain everything.
Communication with candidates is the key to engaging with the process. Keeping your candidates well informed prevents you from losing their talent to other recruiters.
On Enlizt, you can both communicate with specific candidates about the progress of their selection process, and send out mass communications, called campaigns.
For mass communications, open the Candidates Page in List view.
Select the desired candidates, and then send your message:
After selecting the desired candidates, click on the "airplane" icon to send your campaign!
You can also send campaigns through the candidate page. Just click on the Candidates icon, select the desired candidates and submit! Note that candidate collections are an important tool for optimizing the delivery of your campaigns.

To send a message to a specific candidate, open the position, then open the candidate's resume and then click on the "Messages" tab:
Your messages are also available in your account's Inbox. To access your Inbox, click on the "messages" icon.
Don't forget to keep your communications with your candidates up to date – avoid long delays in responding to keep them engaged in your selection process!
KNOW IF YOUR MESSAGES HAVE BEEN READ
This feature aims to make your communications with your candidates more transparent. It will certainly add value to your humanized recruitment process!
Now, after every message or campaign sent to your candidates, three types of tags will appear:
✓ , ✓✓, ✓✓
What does each tag mean?
✓ -->Your message has been received by our system and will be forwarded to the recipient. In other words, the connection is OK!
✓✓ --> Your message has reached the recipient (it's in their inbox), but it hasn't been opened yet.
✓✓ -->If the tag is blue, it means that your message has been opened (and hopefully read) by its recipient.
Below is an example of a message that has not yet been delivered to the candidate (✓) and a message that has been delivered and been opened by the candidate (✓✓).

Some warnings about this feature:
⚠️ These tags will reflect the two methods of communication you have with your candidates: the messages sent to the candidate's email and those sent to the candidate's Enlizt app.
A practical example: If the candidate has opened your message in the app, the message will be marked as open for you ✓✓, even if the candidate has not opened the same message in their email yet. And vice versa.
⚠️ Your candidate will have the same functionality for messages received and read in the Enlizt app! So if you have received and read a message from a candidate, just be aware that they will know about it!
⚠️ This functionality applies to campaigns sent to completed candidates and candidates whose application is in progress.
We ask that you use this feature very carefully! The purpose of this tool is to optimize the recruiting experience with more visibility and transparency – especially where it matters – in communications with your candidates.
Attention: All messages you send to your candidates will cause them to be notified through the app and by email!
