Hi, Recruiter! Great to have you here! In this post we will talk about candidate evaluation!
After your candidates have completed the selection process, it's time to evaluate those who have passed through your job funnel. The evaluation of candidates on Plooral is practical, fast, and brings together all the evaluators you selected when you created the position.
There are 3 ways to access your candidates:
- Opening your position page and clicking on Candidates:

Once you have accessed your candidates, there are two ways of viewing them: the Kanban visualization mode and List mode.
Candidates who have completed the selection process will be available in your Kanban under "New Candidates". For processes with questionnaires, candidates who managed to achieve the cutoff mark will be available under "Top Matches".
Clicking on the candidate's name will bring up the candidate's resume, where you will see the following tabs:
- Personal data
- Internal notes
From your candidate page, you can also access the list view.
In list view, there are several filters to make it easier to search for candidates. You can filter by application phase or votes and sort them alphabetically or chronologically:
You can also search for specific candidates by clicking on the magnifying glass icon:
Then just select your desired filters, to find the candidate or group of candidates you’re looking for. You can filter on the following criteria:
Regarding questionnaires, only multiple choice ones can be used as filters for your search. This tool is very powerful for quick searches! It greatly speeds up the screening process when your position has many candidates.
To send messages to your candidates after locating them, just select the desired candidates and send your message!
Tip: Use the "List" view to carry out bulk actions for your campaign.
