Hi, Recruiter! It’s great to have you here! Let's talk about your indicators on Plooral
Keeping track of the indicators of the applications for your positions allows for better monitoring and improvement of your selection processes.
On the main dashboard, you will find the indicators tab, which is divided into position indicators and candidate indicators. Indicators can be filtered by date, department, marker and vacancy.
The position indicators give you access to data that will help you analyze the reach and efficiency of your recruitment strategy. For example, the number of visits to your position directly reflects on the position's advertising strategy.
Candidate indicators are super important for you to get to know a little more about the image that your company is presenting in its selection processes and how satisfied those involved are. That's why the indicators are powerful tools to evaluate the strategies adopted by your company!
It is worth mentioning the indicator "Stage where candidates stopped their application". This indicator is key to analyzing how attractive your selection process is and what improvements can be made if your final candidates are not satisfactory!
In the "Candidate Indicators" tab, the most relevant indicator to measure your candidates’ satisfaction with your selection process is the NPS. The Net Promoting Score is a scale from 0 to 10 by which the candidate indicates how likely they are to recommend your company/product/service to a friend or colleague. It is a powerful tool to assess the public image that your company is generating:
MACRO INDICATORS
What’s this? Now, you can use a macro view to see how many applicants you have to evaluate, how many are in progress, and how many days the job has passed its target — just click on the job name. Position- and candidate-specific indicators are included here as well.
How does this make your life easier? We want to reduce the number of clicks required to reach your most important indicators.
