Videos are critical to candidate engagement! They allow the candidate to get to know the company a little better and visualize in more detail what their routine would be.

In a study by Phenom People, it was found that 65% of companies that do not publish any content in video format that is relevant to their candidates' journey and experience have a negative employer brand (score from 0-49).

This is your opportunity to promote your company’s culture, environment, and employees, and give a little idea of what the candidates' routine would be.

To access the videos for your job positions, go to "Settings" → "Videos Featured in All Job Openings":

Important: If your company's videos are on another platform, you will need to upload the videos to YouTube.
