It is not uncommon for candidates to open a ticket to our support team stating that they cannot proceed with their application on their cell phone.
Usually, there is a very simple reason for this: the candidate has not downloaded the Plooral app.
Applications can only be carried out on a mobile phone by downloading the app. The process is very simple, but if you don't want to download the app, the only alternative is to continue the process on a computer.
When a candidate tries to continue the process on their cell phone without installing the application, this screen will appear:
**If you’re on an Android, the message will instead direct you to the Play Store (Android's app store).
When this image appears, just follow the directions by clicking on the screen and downloading the app to continue the application process.
After downloading the app, the candidate will find the relevant position under the "Applications" icon, where the position can be found in the "In Progress" tab, just click on it, and proceed with the application:
