In this post, you will learn how to apply via Plooral web (on your computer!).
IMPORTANT: If you are accessing a vacancy using your mobile phone, you will need to download the Plooral app and complete the process through the app.
The first thing you need to do before applying is to read the job description well:
- Who is the company and what does it do?
- What are the job description and job activities?
- Do you have the job requirements or the profile they are looking for?
If you have reviewed everything and want to proceed via the computer, just click on the "Apply for the job" button, which you can find at the bottom of the page:
Then enter your login details. If you are already an Plooral user, just enter your email and password:
If you are not a user yet, we will ask you to register:
The second screen introduces the selection process for this position!
Read the instructions so that you understand which steps are included in this process:
IMPORTANT: All positions on Plooral have a completely different selection process from each other. The companies that use Plooral are in control of this process, not the Plooral team. Some positions will have all the steps you see above, others will not. So, pay close attention to the introduction of the online application process to understand what is expected.
↪️ The online application process:
1 - PRESENTATION
The first step in the process is the company presentation. This is where you can watch videos about the company. If they don't have any videos to watch, you'll go directly to the next step.
2 - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The second step in the process is the Frequently Asked Questions. Click on the question that interests you to read the answer! If the company you want to apply for does not have a list of frequently asked questions, you will go directly to the next step.
3 - PERSONAL INFORMATION (Resume)
In the third step, you will have to enter your personal information (resume). If you are already an Plooral user, this information will be filled in automatically. If you want, you can edit the information already entered, according to the demands of the vacancy.
⚠️ UPLOADING A RESUME IN PDF FORMAT
You also have the option to import a resume in PDF format. But if you don't have one, no problem, just fill in the registration fields manually to build your resume within the platform.
Personal details
Enter your details:
- Name and surname
- Your phone number (Don't forget to add your area code! It is this number that companies will use to contact you)
- Date of birth
- City (enter the city you currently live in)
- Enable the option (PwD) if applicable. We are a company that supports inclusion!
PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION
In the Professional Information section, you should add a summary of your professional trajectory!
Professional Headline: Enter the last position you held or the position you currently hold.
Description: Write a detailed description of the activities and functions you performed/exercise within this position or a summary of the type of professional you are, the activities you like to perform, what you are looking for, etc.! Think of this field as a mini intro to yourself!
In the Professional Experience section, you must enter a summary of your professional trajectory and the details of all the companies you have worked for in the past.
To add your Professional Experience, fill in these 5 fields:
- Company: Company that you worked for
- Title: Position you held in the company
- Location: Where you worked
- Period: Start and end date of the position
- Position Description: Description of activities
IMPORTANT: Don't forget to CLICK over your professional experience to add details about the activities of the specific position.
EDUCATION
On this screen, you will be able to include all the courses you have taken, and your academic background (undergraduate, graduate, etc.), both those currently in progress and those that you have completed.
LANGUAGES
Choose the additional languages you understand and/or speak. You can select one or more languages!
4 - QUESTIONNAIRE
The fourth step in your online application process is questionnaires. Before starting a questionnaire, you will always see the title with the type of test. So, if you haven't seen the next title yet, it's because you're still on a previous step. If the recruiter hasn’t included any questionnaires, you will go directly to the next step.
Pay close attention: If your exam has a time limit, you will see a message that tells you how much time you have to complete the exam. When you start the questionnaire, there will be a timer to show you how much time you have left.
5 - VIDEO RECORDING
The fifth and final step is a video recording. In this step, you will need to record a video in which you discuss an assigned topic.
If your selection process does not include a recording step, you go directly to the end of the process.
You can record your video via webcam or mobile, or upload a file saved on your computer. To see more information about ways to record your video, click here.
IMPORTANT: The video should be no longer than 2 minutes, with a maximum size of up to 100MB.
6 - THE END OF YOUR ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS!
If you have reached this screen, it means that you have finished your online application process. Congratulations!!! 🎉🎉
After completing the application, you will be able to rate the process you participated in and write a comment about it, which will only be shared with Plooral's internal team.
IMPORTANT: You must download the Plooral app to receive notifications about your process and to communicate with companies. Just follow the instructions on the screen above.
