How to access the remote interview?

Hello, Candidate! Great to have you here! Is it time for your remote interview? Let’s do it!

The remote interview is one of the most important steps in the hiring process, as this is where you can show off the characteristics that are impossible to convey in a resume. Remote interviews allow both the recruiter and the candidate to save a lot of time compared to face-to-face interviews.

But how to access the remote interview?

First, you will receive an interview invitation and will have to confirm your participation. You will receive the invitation in two ways:

1. By email
2. Via the app

Let's look at them both:

1. By email:

When a company sends an invitation for an interview, the candidate receives an email identical to the one in the screenshot below, where you will have to either confirm or decline the invitation:

After clicking "Agree and Confirm Remote Interview", the following message will appear:

And by email, you will also receive the link to access the remote interview on the scheduled day and time:

2. Via App:

If you have the Plooral app installed on your phone, you will receive the invitation directly in the app.

All invitations will appear under the "Applications" icon at the top of the screen. Just click on the invitation to Accept or Reject it, as shown in the screenshot below:

When you click on the invitation, this screen will appear:

And when you accept the invitation, the appointment scheduling button will look like this:

Note that the date and time of the interview are now displayed. When the time comes, just click on the schedule to enter the interview!
