Before we start, you'll need to have access to the email associated with your Plooral account. If you no longer have access to this email, you'll need to contact Plooral support to recover your account.
When there are successive attempts to access the account with incorrect login or password, the platform blocks the user for 24 hours for safety. Therefore, you'll need to wait for 24 hours without making any new access attempt. After this, it is ideal to reset the password and try again.

Resetting the password via app
Open the Plooral app on your mobile device and tap on the "Log in" button;
On the login screen, tap on "Forgot your password?" located below the "Log in" button;
Enter the email address associated with your Plooral account and tap on "Request New Password";
Plooral will send an email with instructions to recover your password to the email address you entered. This link lasts for 24 hours, so if you don't reset it within this period, you'll have to request the link again;
Check your inbox and if you can't find the email, check the spam folder;
In the email, click on the "Reset password" button and follow the instructions to create a new password for your account;
Enter the new password and confirm it;
Click on "Save" to update your account's password.
Open your preferred internet browser and access your Plooral account at https://app.plooral.io/
On the login page, click on "Forgot your password?";
Enter the email address associated with your account and click on "Send";
Plooral will send an email to the email address associated with your account with a link to reset your password. Check your email inbox and if you can't find the email, check the spam folder;
Click on the link in the email to be directed to the password reset page;
Enter a strong new password and confirm it;
Click on "Save" or "Submit" to update your password.
