In this post we’ll teach you how to add credits to your account.
In the "Pay As You Go" payment plan, you can add credits as needed for your positions.
There are two ways to add credits: By clicking on the Add Credits cart or by clicking on Settings → Payments
The difference between the two options, is that in settings you’re redirected to your transaction history, and by clicking on the add credit cart you’ll go straight to the adding credits process.
On your payments page, you can view all of your transactions and can filter them by time period.You can also add credits by clicking on your shopping cart!
Set the amount you’d like to add to your Plooral account. Remember that each completed candidate shown on your Kanban costs 1 credit.
ATTENTION!
It’s very important to pay attention to your credits. If you notice they’re running out, you need to add more credits or "pause" your positions so you can stop receiving new applicants.
Positions don’t go into "Stand By" when your credits run out. If your credits run out and you do not pause your positions, you’ll continue to receive applicants and your balance will become negative.
*If you have more candidates than credits, the last candidate who entered your hiring funnel process will remain blocked from your view until you add more credits.
Our finance team will send you INVOICE within two business days after payment is made.
