In this article, we'll go into the functionality of our help center and guide you on how to reach out to our dedicated support team for any help you may need, whether it's requesting support, reporting issues, or sharing your feedback.
How does the Help Center work?
You will find the Help icon on the bottom right corner of every screen within the platform. Simply click on it to access the Help Center.
Afterwards, a helpful window will open in the bottom right corner of the screen, like this:
You can perform keyword searches for articles or submit a support ticket at this location.

The Help Center presents the article that is relevant to your search and provides suggestions for other related articles as well!
When you click on the article link, you can view its content right within the same window. However, if you prefer, you can also click on the arrow icon to open it in a new tab.
How to get in touch with the support team:
If you have already made some attempts and haven't found any material addressing your question or difficulty, don't worry! In such cases, you can directly reach out to our team, who are always ready to assist you.
Simply click on "Open a Support Ticket" to get in touch with us.
Choose one of the options below and provide our team of experts with all the necessary details!
The more information you provide, the quicker and more effectively our team can respond to your query and assist.
If you experience any problems or bugs on the platform, you must provide a screenshot or video showcasing the issue. This way, our development team can grasp all the details and provide you with the quickest solution possible!
How to Submit a Complaint or Report in Plooral
Plooral offers a dedicated channel for users to report any instances of improper conduct by employees, suppliers, or any participants in Plooral's value chain. This includes reporting behaviors that are considered contrary or potentially offensive to the Anti-Corruption Policies, Internal Procedures Code, or applicable legislation.
To make a report or file a complaint, you can open a support ticket as demonstrated earlier if you are a logged-in user. Your feedback is crucial in maintaining a high standard of ethical practices within our organization.
If you are not logged in to any Plooral environment, you can report your complaint in two ways:
- By sending an email to support@plooral.zendesk.com, which will automatically open a ticket immediately; or
- Through the Plooral Help Center page, click on the Help button in the bottom right corner of the screen, type "Open Ticket" or "Complaint" (or any other text) in the search bar, and upon pressing enter, the "Contact Us" button will appear, where you can register your complaint.
After opening the ticket, you will receive a protocol number via email, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible!
